A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.

Cleaning is included, but we ask you to leave the accommodation in a good state.
Long-Term Stay Conditions (seven nights minimum)
A deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking. A rental lease agreement will need to be signed.
The keys to your accommodation will be handed over to you upon payment of the balance due.
Upon your arrival, you will receive an inventory checklist for your accommodation. A refundable security deposit will be requested by credit card.
An outgoing inventory of fixtures will be made on your departure. If everything is in order, your security deposit will be fully returned to you or cancelled.
Cleaning Service is at your own expense, in a price range between € 40-100, depending on the type of accommodation. You can also decide to do the cleaning of your rental yourself.
Flexible cancellation conditions apply:
– from 06 April to 01 July: can be cancelled or changed without charge (deposit refunded) up to 28 days before the arrival date.
– from 01 July to 02 September: can be cancelled or modified without charge (deposit returned) up to 60 days before the date of arrival.
– from 03 September to 29 October: can be cancelled or modified without charge (deposit returned) up to 28 days before arrival.
Household Linen
Household linen and towels are provided.
We do not provide laundry or maintenance products.
Wi-Fi Access
Wi-Fi is free of charge and available in the common areas.
You will also have access to it in our Suites and Casetti accommodations.

The residence offers 2 heated swimming pools (except in July and August).
The large swimming pool is heated from 01 june.
A ping-pong table and children’s playground are at your disposal, free of charge.
A petanque strip is also available.
Baby cots and booster seats are available for rent. Make sure to reserve them as availability is limited.
A laundry room is at your disposal with washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
Tokens are for sale at the reception desk.
Services
The Residence provides a continental breakfast for its guests (€ 12/person). Reservations are required.
The bar is open during reception hours (9 am – 12:45 pm and 2 pm – 8 pm).
